Courtney and Brandon’s wedding day at Hotel Kansas City felt like stepping straight into a modern love story—romantic, ethereal, and alive with intention. Inspired by Juliet’s Garden, the design leaned fully into lush florals, soft movement, and a color palette overflowing with pinks, blush, and rose tones. Every detail worked together to create not just a beautiful space, but a feeling—one that wrapped guests in warmth, romance, and joy from the moment they arrived.
Their engagement session at Hotel Kansas City was intentional, collaborative, and designed together from the start.
During our get-to-know-you and engagement planning Zoom call, we walked through the experience in detail—how the session would flow, how I would guide them, and what moments mattered most to them. That planning allowed them to show up confident, present, and ready to enjoy every part of it.
The session included one photographer, a videographer, and an Old School camcorder videographer, giving us multiple ways to tell their story at once. Between guided moments, movement, and quiet pauses, their connection came through naturally against the hotel’s timeless architecture and moody elegance.
This wasn’t just an engagement session—it was the beginning of their wedding story, captured intentionally through stills, film, and nostalgic Old School footage that truly reflects who they are together.
Courtney and Brandon’s wedding film is pure joy—romantic, playful, and bursting with personality. Set inside Hotel Kansas City and inspired by Juliet’s Garden, their film captures the laughter, happy tears, wild dance moves, and all the in-between moments that made their day unforgettable. It’s a love story that feels elegant, energetic, and unapologetically them.
